Returns

We hope that you will be very happy with your Melissa Luvinia jewellery. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, it can be returned for refund or exchange up to 28 days from purchase, provided it is in perfect condition and in it’s original packaging.

To return an item, please notify me within 14 days of purchase by e-mailing melissa@melissaluvinia.com with your name and the order number quoted in your confirmation e-mail. 

• Exclusions are for:

• Bespoke commissions, returns are accepted on these only if faulty.

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Gift vouchers

  • Please note, the customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

• The customer is responsible for the goods until they are safely received.

• We cannot take responsibility for items until they reach us and we recommend you use a tracked service e.g Royal Mail Special Delivery.  

• For hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned if faulty.
